About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support a contract assignment in Los Angeles, California. This opportunity is ideal for a mid-level marketing professional who combines hands-on execution with strong coordination skills across digital, print, and community-facing initiatives.

In this role, you will act as the operational backbone for our marketing efforts, ensuring campaigns and communications stay on track. You will partner with external vendors to execute projects, manage day-to-day social media activity to strengthen audience engagement, and coordinate newsletters and community outreach to drive customer interest. A key part of your day will involve tracking sales inquiries, supporting timely follow-ups to move prospects through the pipeline, and arranging meetings for marketing and sales discussions. You will be responsible for monitoring multiple projects simultaneously, keeping timelines organized, and ensuring activities move smoothly from concept through completion.
