About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will join the Southwest Digital Marketing team to drive omni-channel messaging deployments. This role exists to bridge the gap between patient needs and our trusted products through precise, data-driven communication.

In this position, you will manage Customer Data Platform (CDP) and CRM performance-based campaigns, focusing on email and SMS channels. You will develop buyer personas, implement customer journeys, and execute geo-based store communications. Your work will directly influence how we connect with patients, ensuring every interaction aligns with our brand voice and campaign objectives while supporting our in-market marketing vendors.

Location and Work Model

This is a hybrid role based in Scottsdale, Arizona. The schedule requires 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. While the core commitment is 40 hours weekly, the fast-paced nature of the business requires flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
