About the Role
This hybrid position invites you to ignite your career as a Digital Health Specialist within our Jacksonville, FL clinic. You will serve as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers, bridging the gap between traditional care and modern digital solutions.
In this full-time role, you will spend three days in person at our CORA Jacksonville (Kennerly) clinic and two days working remotely. Your day-to-day involves developing and delivering personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population while utilizing cutting-edge software to objectively measure outcomes. You will be instrumental in the development of our digital health program, delivering telehealth visits, and performing Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services to ensure seamless patient care.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be located in Jacksonville, FL, or within driving distance of the clinic. The role requires a willingness to obtain Physical Therapy licensure in other states to support our expanding digital services.

Requirements
