CORA Physical Therapy is a community built on the passion and experience of clinicians who embrace a commitment to Treating Everyone Right. We provide a full range of outpatient services for clients with orthopedic problems, work-related injuries, sport injuries, and neuromuscular and neurological conditions.
This hybrid position invites you to ignite your career as a Physical Therapist and Digital Health Specialist. Based at our CORA Riverside clinic in Jacksonville, FL, you will split your time between three days in-person at the clinic and two days working remotely. As a Digital Health Specialist (DHS), you will provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, while serving as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers.
You will make a powerful impact on the local community by delivering inclusive physical therapy treatment to a diverse patient population with both orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses. Your day will involve developing and delivering personalized plans of care, objectively measuring outcomes using cutting-edge software, and efficiently documenting evaluations and treatments. A key part of your role is utilizing our digital platform to deliver telehealth visits, perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, and communicate interactive monitoring with patients.
Beyond direct patient care, you will work closely with operations to meet staffing needs, communicate treatment revisions to primary clinicians, and maintain regular reporting on regional service metrics. You will also participate in program development and marketing efforts to optimize and grow remote services at CORA. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week role, and you must be willing to obtain PT licensure in other states as needed.
Candidates must be located in Jacksonville, FL (Riverside) or within driving distance of the clinic. The role requires a diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and a Florida Physical Therapy state license (or one in process). While experience providing digital health services is preferred, the primary focus is on your dedication to providing exceptional quality of care.
CORA Physical Therapy is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer. We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
