We provide a full range of outpatient services for clients with orthopedic problems, work-related injuries, sport injuries, and neuromuscular and neurological conditions.
This hybrid position invites you to ignite your career as a Physical Therapist and Digital Health Specialist. Based in our Oakleaf clinic in Jacksonville, FL, you will split your time between three days in-person at the clinic and two days working remotely.
As a Digital Health Specialist (DHS), you will provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. You will serve as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers, participating in the development of our digital health program. Your day-to-day involves making a powerful impact on the local community through inclusive physical therapy treatment, developing personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population, and utilizing cutting-edge software to objectively measure outcomes. You will also work closely with operations to deliver digital services, communicate treatment revisions to primary clinicians, and help optimize remote services at CORA.
Candidates must be located in Jacksonville, FL (Oakleaf) or within driving distance of the clinic. Please note that this is a full-time, hybrid position requiring 40 hours per week.
