We provide a full range of outpatient services for clients with orthopedic problems, work-related injuries, sport injuries, and neuromuscular and neurological conditions.
This hybrid position invites you to ignite your career as a Physical Therapist and Digital Health Specialist. Based in Jacksonville, FL, you will split your time between our Kennerly clinic (3 days in-person) and remote work (2 days). As a Digital Health Specialist, you will serve as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers, delivering digital health services that include virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring.
In this role, you will make a powerful impact on the local community by developing and delivering personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population. You will utilize cutting-edge software to objectively measure outcomes and efficiently document evaluations, treatments, and discharge notes. A key part of your day involves using our digital platform to deliver telehealth visits, perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, and communicate interactive updates to patients. You will also work closely with operations to meet staffing needs, support program development, and assist with marketing efforts directed by the Director of Digital Health.
To be considered for this full-time, 40-hour/week position, candidates must be located in Jacksonville, FL, or within driving distance of the clinic. You must be willing to obtain Physical Therapy licensure in other states as needed. Please ensure you have a diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and a Florida state license (or be in the process of obtaining one).
