About the Role
This hybrid position invites you to ignite your career as a Physical Therapist and Digital Health Specialist. Based in Jacksonville, FL, you will split your time between our Kennerly clinic (3 days in-person) and remote work (2 days). As a Digital Health Specialist, you will serve as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers, participating in the development of our digital health program.
In this role, you will make a powerful impact on your local community by delivering inclusive physical therapy treatment. You will develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population with both orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses. A key part of your day involves utilizing digital platforms to deliver telehealth visits, including evaluations, assessments, and treatment plan development, as well as performing Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services. You will work closely with operations to meet patient care needs and collaborate with the Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be located in Jacksonville, FL, or within driving distance of the clinic. This is a full-time, hybrid position (40 hours/week). Applicants must be willing to obtain Physical Therapy licensure in other states as the role expands.
