About the Role

The Digital Content Specialist serves as a vital bridge between the marketing team, management, and subject-matter experts, reporting directly to the VP of Digital Transformation. In this regulated environment, the role is dedicated to managing, publishing, and optimizing digital content across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency. You will play a key part in supporting digital marketing efforts while maintaining a strong, trustworthy online presence for the credit union.

Your day-to-day involves collaborating to launch cohesive digital campaigns and publishing social media posts that maintain a consistent brand voice. You will monitor content performance using analytics tools to drive engagement, while simultaneously managing sensitive online banking content, including educational articles, system alerts, and promotional messaging. A significant portion of the role requires reviewing social media comments and Google reviews to identify concerns and escalate issues appropriately, ensuring the organization's reputation remains protected.

Hiring Process
