About the Role
The Dietary Aide - Server plays a vital role in the daily life of our residents, assisting with food preparation and service within the dietary department. This position is more than just meal delivery; it is about ensuring residents are served proper diets and food preferences in a timely, dignified manner. You will be the face of our dining experience, greeting residents, visitors, and staff with courtesy and respect.
Your day will involve partnering with the dietary team to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and dining room. From preparing meals and setting up trays to managing equipment and food storage, you will ensure every detail aligns with state guidelines and our core values. You will also be part of a supportive team that celebrates what makes us different, creating a caring atmosphere for residents, their families, and colleagues.
