About the Role
This full-time position serves as a vital link between our kitchen staff and residents within our senior living community. The Dietary Server is responsible for delivering food and beverages with a focus on fine dining standards, ensuring every meal is served with care and attention to detail.
In this role, you will work closely with the care team to oversee the health and welfare of residents during mealtimes. Success requires familiarity with resident names, meal preferences, and specific dietary restrictions prescribed by physicians. Beyond dining service, the team member assists the kitchen staff with food preparation, coordinates prep for upcoming shifts and daily menus, and supports special events as directed by management.
