About the Role
We are seeking a happy, outgoing, and energetic Dietary Aide to join our team at Bear Creek Senior Living. As a Dietary Aide, you will be an integral part of a team responsible for the flow of service from the kitchen to the residents in our 5-star Dining Room. You will work alongside a team of professionals to care for our seniors and provide them the lifestyle they deserve.
This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a positive attitude. You will assist the Dietary Manager with patient dietary plans and meal planning, prepare meals in cooperation with kitchen staff, and serve food with professionalism. Additionally, you will ensure the dining area is properly cleaned and set up to meet resident expectations, performing dishwashing duties as needed during your shift.
