As a Technician at Penske, you will accelerate your career while helping our customers keep their vehicles in shape and on the road. This role is designed for those who are mechanically inclined, have completed vehicle repair training, or are looking to switch gears into a stable career with significant growth opportunities. No two days are the same; you will work on a variety of equipment rather than just one manufacturer, ensuring you gain broad expertise.
You will partner with experienced supervisors and master technicians to learn our vehicle maintenance processes. Your day-to-day involves performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs, including replacing or rotating tires, lubricating components, and handling electrical or cooling system maintenance on gas and diesel engines. You will also use Penske's proprietary tools and technologies to log, research, and complete repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics. Safety and reliability are our top priorities, and you will work alongside a team that ensures you have the time needed to do the job right.
