Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must complete the Penske employment application and submit to a background screening, which includes criminal checks, past employment, and education verification. As this is a safety-sensitive position regulated by the Department of Transportation, successful candidates must also pass a drug screen and a physical exam. This includes a DOT Physical, an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, and a Safety Performance History records request from prior employers. CDL holders will undergo a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of their start date.
