Our trucks don't fix themselves—and the waste industry runs every day of the year. This is a boots-on-the-ground, tool-in-hand position designed for skilled mechanics who value steady, recession-proof work. You will be the backbone of our fleet operations, ensuring heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment remain safe and reliable for our daily service.
In this role, you will operate, repair, rebuild, and maintain company-owned or leased heavy-duty diesel trucks and rolling stock. Your day-to-day involves diagnosing operational difficulties, performing complex repairs on diesel, CNG, gas, and electrically operated equipment, and managing the administrative side of maintenance through work orders and parts procurement. You will also play a key role in training new employees and staying current with the latest technology through technical manuals and seminars.
We thank you for your interest. Please note that only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. This hiring process may utilize machine-based systems to assist in screening and assessing applicants; however, final selection decisions are made by our recruitment team.
