About the Role
This position serves as a vital support pillar within our maintenance operations, bridging the gap between drivers and senior technicians. You will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and safety of our heavy-duty and light-duty fleet, including gasoline, diesel, and CNG systems. Your day-to-day impact involves actively assisting drivers through the critical post-trip and vehicle safety inspection processes, ensuring every vehicle is road-ready.
Beyond inspections, you will play a hands-on role in preventative maintenance, performing lubrication, basic repairs, and fluid top-ups on a variety of equipment ranging from rear and front loaders to roll-offs and port-a-pots. You will work collaboratively with A & B technicians and drivers to identify issues, discuss preventative techniques to minimize future repairs, and maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant work environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting that requires both physical stamina and a commitment to operational excellence.
