About the Role
This position serves as a vital support pillar within our maintenance operations, bridging the gap between technical repair and daily fleet readiness. You will be the first line of defense in ensuring our heavy and light-duty trucks remain safe and operational. Your day will involve active collaboration with drivers and technicians, assisting with pre- and post-trip inspections, conducting safety checks during safety lanes, and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of vehicle types including rear load, front load, roll-off, grapple, and porta-potty trucks.
Beyond the physical maintenance tasks, you will play a key role in communication and documentation. You will liaise with A and B technicians to discuss vehicle issues and preventative techniques, while ensuring all repair orders, parts usage, and time logs are entered accurately and timely. Maintaining a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant work environment is a core part of your daily responsibilities, ensuring that the shop and grounds areas are organized and ready for the next shift.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleAssist with fluid top-ups including oil, hydraulic fluids, and DEF fluid
