Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is the nation's largest nonprofit dialysis provider. Since opening our first clinic 50 years ago in Nashville, Tennessee, we have grown to over 270 locations across 30 states, serving nearly 14,000 patients daily. Our mission is rooted in the belief that "the care of the patient is our reason for existence." We are dedicated to a holistic approach, offering hemodialysis, home dialysis, and peritoneal dialysis options to empower patients to live meaningful, productive lives while reducing hospitalizations.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will join a compassionate, mission-driven team to provide top-notch patient care in a comfortable clinical setting. This role is designed for individuals who want to build lasting relationships with patients facing chronic kidney disease. You will work as part of a patient care team under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, delivering nursing care throughout patient assessment, treatment initiation, and discontinuation.
Our culture prioritizes a lower caregiver-to-patient ratio compared to other providers, allowing for more personalized attention. You will be responsible for monitoring patient access, administering medications within your scope of practice, and communicating effectively with the charge nurse regarding patient condition changes. We offer paid training with a preceptor, including job shadowing and one-on-one skills training, ensuring you are fully supported as you grow in your career.
To join our family, please visit www.dciinc.jobs to find a clinic near you and submit your application. We are committed to making our application process accessible to all. If you encounter difficulties using our online system or require accommodations, please contact Doug Patterson at Accommodations@dciinc.org or 615-327-3061. Once a request is made, we will initiate a discussion to determine the best way to accommodate your needs.
DCI is committed to building a diverse and inclusive organization. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status. As a federal contractor and an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer, we value the unique perspectives that every team member brings to our mission of saving lives and delivering high-quality kidney care.
