This position serves as a senior technical specialist and project lead, providing general oversight and direction for complex development initiatives. You will act as a bridge between technical execution and strategic design, conceiving logical structures that meet rigorous program requirements while translating detailed designs into executable software. The role demands a deep technical expertise in languages such as Java, C#, and JavaScript, alongside a strong ability to mentor less-experienced team members and guide them in adhering to development policies and standards.
As a key contributor, you will be involved in the full software development lifecycle—from inception and requirements gathering to design, coding, testing, and deployment. You will collaborate closely with content developers and graphics designers to ensure technical feasibility, while also delivering technical consultation on new system development and package evaluations. A significant portion of the role involves ensuring cross-browser compliance, ADA 508 accessibility standards, and maintaining the integrity of site navigation and applications.
You will operate within a dynamic environment that values strong problem-solving, logic, and analytic skills. Success in this role requires the ability to work efficiently within multiple teams, often under pressure, while maintaining a focus on best practices and professional standards. The team relies on your ability to multi-task and your capacity to provide advanced technical experience on development methodologies to support clients and projects.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of scalable database design and large-scale case management systems. The selection process will evaluate your technical proficiency, leadership capabilities, and communication skills. Please note that compensation for this role is determined by multiple factors including location, skill set, certifications, and years of experience, and is unique to each individual.
