About the Role
The Designer – Substation supports substation design projects across the QISG platform by performing routine 2D/3D Physical and/or Protection & Control (P&C) design tasks. This role is essential for maintaining accuracy, standards compliance, and CAD proficiency throughout the design lifecycle.
You will work under the direction of a Lead Designer, collaborating closely with engineers and drafting teams to develop and maintain quality drawing packages for both internal and client-facing deliverables. The position requires a working knowledge of basic design techniques, industry procedures, substation materials, and construction methods. You will utilize 3D and smart design software to drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship.

Requirements
