As a Communication, Connections, and Navigation Analyst within the Bureau of Children’s Coordinated Health Policy and Supports (BCCHPS), you will serve as a vital member of an interdisciplinary team in the Clinical Support and Service Navigation Section. This role acts as the primary resource for expertise regarding community-based services and the coordination between BCCHPS and the Children’s Services Administration (CSA).
In this position, you will prepare and disseminate specialized information and resources for children, youth, parents, caregivers, and child-serving system staff. Your work focuses on clarifying the array, criteria, and access to community-based services and supports. You will facilitate clinical reviews for youth involved in foster care and assist families and professionals in eliminating barriers to accessing necessary services. Additionally, you will monitor, track, evaluate, and share data regarding information sharing methods and educational initiatives for families and private agencies.

This position is based at 333 S. Grand Ave, Lansing, MI, with a hybrid work model. Remote or hybrid schedules are considered based on operational needs, provided the work is completed within Michigan. Employees approved for remote work are responsible for providing their own secure work location, high-speed internet (25 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload), and necessary utilities. State-provided computers and phones will be available for work tasks.
