We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team in Elkhart, IN. This role is designed for someone who loves working with children, who make up 70% or more of our patient base, while also caring for adults. You will be part of a collaborative team that believes in mutual respect and teamwork, supporting patients aged 3-21 and up to 30% adults depending on the location.
In this position, you will take care of your community while participating in activities that promote a positive image of the company. Your day will involve joining morning huddles to plan your schedule, highlight customer focus and collaboration, and even leading these sessions to appreciate your team. You will work in a supportive environment with a ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent care.
