About the Role

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team in Elkhart, IN. In this role, you will support our mission to provide excellent dental care while helping us create memorable experiences for children and adults. You will be part of a team that values teamwork and truly cares about its patients.

Your day will involve taking care of your community while participating in activities that promote a positive image of the company. You will join morning huddles to plan your day, highlight great examples of customer focus and collaboration, and even have the opportunity to lead these sessions. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with kids, as they make up 70% or more of our patient base.

This opportunity is designed to provide significant growth and development through mentoring and collaboration. You will work in a supportive environment with a dedicated team, including a ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider.
