About the Role

You will be a key partner in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor, utilizing American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines. Your day will involve managing your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education, ensuring every patient receives exceptional attention.

You will work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide top-tier care. To support your growth, you will have access to a dedicated hygiene support team for coaching and mentorship, as well as ongoing in-person and virtual trainings through TAG U online covering clinical, operations, management, and leadership topics. You will also utilize state-of-the-art technology, including the Trios® 3D intra-oral scanner and our Digital Dental Assistant for voice-activated perio charting.

We offer flexible scheduling options to fit your life, including full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. New in 2024, part-time employees are eligible for full benefits, including healthcare.
