About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at our Garner II location. In this vital role, you will support patients' long-term oral health by providing preventive care and creating a positive, welcoming experience at every visit. You will work under the general supervision of the dentist, collaborating closely with our clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care.
Your day will involve preparing and disinfecting treatment rooms, updating patient health histories, and performing hygiene procedures such as prophylaxis, scaling, and sealants. Beyond clinical duties, you will educate patients on their oral health needs, manage periodontal therapy programs, and lead preventive maintenance initiatives. A key part of your mission is to build trust and rapport with patients, helping the office earn 5-star reviews through your professional demeanor and exceptional service.
Note: This position includes a schedule with Fridays off.
