We are a high-energy, fast-paced dental office seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to serve as our "Director of First Impressions." This role is pivotal in setting the tone for every patient's visit, ensuring they feel welcomed warmly both on the phone and in person. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a central role in managing patient flow and coordinating treatment plans. Your day will involve educating patients on their dental care options, helping them feel comfortable throughout the process, and monitoring progress toward their care goals to ensure follow-through. Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 3 years of experience working in a dental office
- verifiedFluency in Spanish
- verifiedStrong proficiency in Eaglesoft preferred
- verifiedCertification as a dental or medical assistant preferred
Nice to Have
Eaglesoft knowledge, prior experience as a Care Coordinator, Treatment Coordinator, or similar role, certification as a dental or medical assistant.
