About the Role
Are you a dental assistant who enjoys training new hires or guiding students during externships? Your skills are needed in the classroom to combine clinic and classroom expertise while shaping the next generation of dental assistants.
In this role, you will design and deliver individual lesson plans using various teaching techniques that appeal to different learning styles. You will partner with admissions and career services for on-site and off-site activities, including externship placements. The position involves evaluating student work, providing timely feedback, and maintaining regular office hours to advise and assist students. You will also play a key role in maintaining safety and security standards for students, staff, and visitors, while coordinating guest speakers and community service field trips.

Requirements
- verifiedGraduation from accredited Dental Assistant program or 3 years job-related training
- verifiedMinimum 2 years occupational experience in Dental
- verifiedProficient in didactic and clinical four-handed and/or six-handed dentistry
- verifiedNationally Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), or licensed dentist
- verifiedCurrent license, certification, or credential required by local, state, or federal laws
