About the Role

As a Dental Assistant at Ideal Dental, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and support to both our patients and dental team. You will be empowered with the training, tools, and resources to advance your career while making a real difference in the lives of those you serve.

Every day, you will help create beautiful smiles and contribute to the health and well-being of the community. You will work collaboratively with the entire practice team to deliver exceptional patient experiences, utilizing cutting-edge technology like digital iTero scans to provide accurate diagnostic data. Whether you are prepping treatment rooms, assisting dentists with procedures, or educating patients on oral hygiene, your work directly impacts the quality of care our guests receive.
