About the Role

In this role, you will partner with the entire practice team to deliver exceptional patient experiences. From greeting guests with a smile to assisting dentists with all procedures, your work ensures the treatment process runs smoothly. You will be responsible for preparing and educating guests before exams, managing patient flow, and utilizing cutting-edge technology like digital iTero scans to provide state-of-the-art diagnostic data. Your efforts will directly support doctors in treatment planning and help patients develop habits that promote long-term oral health.

Hiring Process
To join our team, please submit your application highlighting your active Registered Dental Assistant License and current CPR certification. We look for candidates with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice. Note that for new acquired offices (DeNovo), travel may be required.
