About the Role
The Delivery Specialist is responsible for delivering purchased merchandise to customers within the assigned market while meeting delivery and quality standards. This role is designed to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience by building trusted relationships, offering seasoned advice, and ensuring the safe delivery of products.
You will be the face of the company during the final leg of the customer journey. Your day involves operating and maintaining a clean delivery vehicle, loading and unloading products with care, and navigating various weather and road conditions. Beyond logistics, you will resolve problems, handle product returns, and communicate effectively with customers to address concerns. You will partner with field sales teams and store personnel to ensure customer needs are fully satisfied, creating a positive and friendly experience for everyone you meet.

Requirements
