Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage a portfolio of 10+ concurrent client projects from initiation to final acceptance
- check_circleServe as the primary point of contact for clients on all project-related matters
- check_circleLead cross-functional teams of 3-5 SMEs to ensure alignment with project goals
- check_circleOversee implementation to ensure delivered work meets client requirements and constraints
- check_circleBuild strong client relationships and identify new growth opportunities with the sales team
- check_circleManage project staffing and resource allocation to meet commitments and company obligations
- check_circleOwn project scope, budget, timeline, and risks to ensure profitable delivery
- check_circleUtilize project management tools to provide stakeholders with clear visibility of progress
Requirements
- verified3+ years leading software implementation projects
- verifiedExperience with HubSpot or other CRM implementations preferred
