About the Role
As a Delivery Expert, you serve as the face of the company during last-mile logistics, ensuring the timely, safe, and customer-focused delivery of goods. This role is dynamic, blending outdoor delivery runs with essential in-store operations. When not on delivery routes, you will support the store's daily flow by assisting with order preparation, inventory management, and direct customer service.
Your day-to-day activities are diverse, ranging from taking orders and bagging items to answering phones and managing carry-out distributions. You will also contribute to the kitchen environment by helping on the makeline during slower delivery periods and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace for both customers and team members.
