D5 Logistics, Inc. is a FedEx Ground Independent Service Provider (ISP) operating out of the Chino, CA terminal, servicing the Chino Hills community in the southwestern corner of San Bernardino County. About the Role
We are hiring friendly, honest, enthusiastic, and safety-minded Delivery Drivers for routes in Chino Hills. No prior experience is required; we provide the training, vehicle, and all the tools you need to become a successful delivery driver.
In this role, you will operate step vans, box trucks, or transit vehicles to deliver and pick up packages to and from customers on assigned routes. You will navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area, utilizing handheld devices for routing and customer information. The position requires maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor, organizing preloaded products according to company specifications, and performing daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. You will also maintain ongoing communication with the management team and assist neighboring routes when needed.
Drivers will typically work 4–6 days per week with shifts lasting 8–11 hours. Weekend availability is required, and year-round work is available. Part-time opportunities are also open.
Hiring Process
Immediate openings are available with flexible starting dates. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US, at least 21 years of age, and possess a valid Class-C California Driver's License. The selection process includes a detailed background check, a clean driving record verification, a DOT Physical, and a pre-employment drug test (5-panel test including THC, Opioids, PCP, Cocaine, and Amphetamines). Please note that there must be absolutely no marijuana use in the last 45 days.
