About the Role

Uber Eats is seeking dedicated to connecting customers with their favorite local restaurants through a seamless delivery experience. As a Delivery Driver, you play a vital role in this mission by ensuring food orders are picked up and delivered safely and on time. You are the face of Uber Eats for many customers, providing excellent service while navigating the local community.

How You Work

You have the freedom to design your own schedule, choosing to work as much or as little as you want. Whether you prefer part-time or full-time hours, you can choose when to work based on your availability. Delivery demand is often highest during lunch, dinner, late night, and weekend hours, offering opportunities to earn more during peak times.

What You Need

To get started, you must be an independent contractor with the necessary tools to perform deliveries. This includes providing your own vehicle, bike, or scooter, or scooter, along with a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a smartphone, and the Uber Eats Driver app. You are responsible for following all traffic laws, food handling guidelines, and delivery procedures.

Getting Started

Using the Uber Eats Driver app, you will accept delivery requests, navigate to restaurants, pick up food orders, and deliver them to customers, and follow specific delivery instructions. Communication through the app is essential for coordinating with restaurants and customers. By ensuring orders are delivered in a timely manner, you contribute to a positive experience for both the customer and the restaurant.
