About the Role
This position is dedicated to delivering our product to customers in a safe, timely, and courteous manner. You will serve as the face of the company during deliveries, projecting a positive image while strictly adhering to all traffic laws and company safety standards. Beyond the road, you will be an integral part of store operations, assisting with food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Day in the Life
Your day will be a dynamic mix of outdoor delivery and indoor store support. As a driver, you will navigate your assigned area, ensuring your vehicle is always in safe, well-maintained condition with a full tank of gas and proper equipment, such as a lit cartop for night deliveries. You will handle cash drops responsibly, never carrying more than $20.00 on a delivery, and report any safety concerns immediately to the safety hotline or your supervisor.
When not on the road, you will assist in store operations to keep the team running smoothly. This includes answering phones promptly, preparing pizzas, stocking the makeline and soda cooler, folding boxes, and performing essential maintenance tasks like sweeping, mopping, and washing down surfaces. You will work in a fast-paced environment that transitions between the heat of the kitchen and the outdoors, requiring flexibility and a positive attitude to delight customers and handle any concerns with grace.
