About the Role
As a Delivery Expert, you serve as the face of the company during last-mile logistics, ensuring the timely, safe, and customer-focused delivery of goods. This role is dynamic, blending outdoor delivery runs with essential in-store operations. When not on delivery routes, you will support the team by managing order preparation, inventory, and customer service duties. Your day-to-day responsibilities include taking orders, bagging and tagging items, answering phones, distributing carry-out orders and dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting on the makeline during slower delivery periods.
