Delivery Driver

About the Role

This position offers a flexible opportunity to stay active, earn money, and have fun. Drivers deliver orders safely to customers using their own vehicles while also assisting with light kitchen operations such as cleaning, stocking, and front counter duties.

Compensation & Benefits

Drivers can earn an average of $25 or more per hour through wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement. Drivers keep all their tips with no tipping-out required. Fuel and car usage are reimbursed. Cash or cash cards are paid out every shift, and employees receive a discount on food purchases daily.

Full-time employees (30+ hours per week) become eligible for benefits after one year of employment, including health and dental insurance, an employer-matched 401k, and paid time off. Advancement opportunities within the company are open to all drivers seeking long-term employment.

Schedule & Requirements

Shifts are flexible, ranging from 3 to 10 hours, allowing for part-time or full-time arrangements that can be switched as needed. Availability for some weekends and late afternoon/early evening shifts (roughly 4 PM to 9 PM) is required. Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and insurance, and must have the ability to lift 50 pounds and drive in rain or mild snow conditions.

Training & Culture

On-the-job training is provided with full pay starting immediately. There are no education or prior experience requirements. The company values its drivers and does not outsource them to other companies. Employees have the chance to drive electric delivery cars and Domino's e-bikes.
