About the Role
This position is with EPES Transport, LLC, a division of Penske Logistics. The Dedicated Operations Manager serves as the primary point of contact for tactical customer needs, managing the day-to-day operations of assigned dedicated accounts. The role is designed to ensure that Safety, Customer, and Driver Goals are met or exceeded while driving profitability through contract compliance, expense mitigation, and business growth.
In this position, you will work tactically and strategically to accomplish business needs, focusing on delivering Revenue, Operating Income, and Pretax results. You will review financial statements to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the development and execution of business plan goals, aligning daily operations with strategic objectives.
Schedule and Location
This is an onsite role with a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The position requires regular, predictable, full attendance and may involve travel as necessary to fulfill job functions.
