The Opportunity
You can choose between our Connect Program, where you run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads, or our Direct Program, which offers dedicated customer runs and 24/7 support from our all-star operations team. We are now accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers for OTR, regional, or local routes.
Why Join Us?
Our programs feature benefits designed to support your success as an independent business owner. You will earn 80% of linehaul with weekly settlements and payday every Friday. We provide personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners. Additionally, we offer discounts for Truckstop and DAT Load Boards, general liability coverage, and cargo insurance.
We also cover your semi-annual DOT inspection and offer virtual orientation. Drivers who maintain clean roadside inspections can earn awards, and we provide Driver Advocates to support our partners.
How to Apply
To join our team, please apply and let us know which program sounds right for you. We require a valid CDL-A, at least 2 years of commercial driving experience within the last 36 months, and a negative drug test. We also require no DUI convictions in CMV, no DUI convictions in non-CMV vehicles within the last 5 years, and no driver's license suspensions within the last 2 years (with consideration for recent medical certification issues).
