About the Role

As an Owner Operator with F2F, you can choose between two distinct paths. With our Connect Program, you run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. Alternatively, join our Direct Program for dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team.

We are currently accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers. You will have access to OTR, regional, or local routes, ensuring flexibility in your schedule. Our goal is to provide the infrastructure you need to succeed, including personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners.

Hiring Process

To join our team, you must hold a valid CDL-A and have at least 2 years of commercial driving experience within the last 36 months. Applicants with 5+ years of older verified experience may have non-driving employment in the 12 months prior to hire. A negative drug test is required before driving under F2F Transport authority, and candidates must have no DUI convictions in a CMV, or in a non-CMV within the last 5 years. Additionally, there should be no driver's license suspensions within the last 2 years (consideration is given for recent medical certification issues).
