About the Role
As an Owner Operator with F2F, you can choose between our Connect Program or our Direct Program. With the Connect Program, you run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. Alternatively, join our Direct Program for dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team.
We are currently accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers. Whether you prefer OTR, regional, or local routes, we provide the infrastructure to support your journey, including personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners.
Hiring Process
To get started, apply now and let us know which program sounds right for you. The process includes a virtual orientation and requires a negative drug test before driving under F2F Transport authority. We also cover your semi-annual DOT inspection to ensure you stay on the road safely and efficiently.
