About the Role

As an Owner Operator with F2F, you can choose between two distinct paths. With our Connect Program, you run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. Alternatively, join our Direct Program for dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team.

We are currently accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers. You will have access to OTR, regional, or local routes, supported by personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners. Our goal is to provide the infrastructure you need to focus on driving while we handle the business side.

Hiring Process

To join our team, you must hold a valid CDL-A and meet our experience and safety standards. The process begins with submitting your application and specifying which program (Connect or Direct) sounds right for you. Successful candidates will complete a virtual orientation and provide negative drug test results before driving under F2F Transport authority. We also verify your driving history to ensure compliance with our safety policies regarding DUI convictions and license suspensions.
