About the Opportunity
Dollar Tree is seeking CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based in Warrensburg, MO. This role offers an excellent pay structure with the distinct advantage of returning home weekly. The position is designed for drivers who want to stay active while enjoying a consistent schedule and reliable income.
The Role
Drivers will operate on a dedicated lane handling all dry freight. The route covers a wide geographic area, including deliveries to customer locations in Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and Missouri. On average, drivers complete two loads per week, covering approximately 1,750 miles. A key aspect of this role involves hand-unloading trailers using rollers at customer locations.
Schedule & Compensation
This position features a weekly 34-hour reset, ensuring regular home time. Compensation includes CPM and load pay, along with a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. Drivers also benefit from weekly pay, health benefits, 401(k) participation, paid time off, and bonus incentives. An unlimited cash referral program is also available.
Equipment & Logistics
Drivers will work directly with the account manager to determine safe and secure parking locations for their trucks at various stops along the route.
