About the Role

You will never feel like you are out there alone. The position includes paid training, on-site support at the distribution center, and dependable 24/7 fleet coverage backing you every mile. You will operate newer equipment averaging 36 months old, ensuring a comfortable and reliable driving experience.

Hiring Process

Candidates must have a valid Class A License (CDL A), be at least 21 years old, and possess 3 months of verifiable experience. A doubles endorsement is preferred. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test, with no drug-related convictions within the past 5 years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). Additionally, there should be no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.

Upon completion of paid orientation and being hired, drivers become eligible for bonus payouts and trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles. For specific details regarding bonus qualifications and pay rates, please ask a recruiter.
