Dedicated CDL-A Company Driver - Dry Van

About the Role

Join our dedicated team as a CDL-A Truck Driver on a route designed for consistency and work-life balance. This position offers home weekly, ensuring you can maintain strong connections with family while earning a competitive average of $1,900+ per week, with top earners reaching $2,200. You will operate 100% touch freight, handling your own loads with support for unloads, stops, and backhauls.

Equipment & Support

We invest in our drivers by providing newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old, to ensure reliability and safety on the road. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 support to assist with any challenges that arise during transit.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a paid orientation upon completion and hiring. All applicants must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.

Compensation & Bonuses

We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified drivers. Trip pay is calculated based on dispatched miles, ranging from $0.70 to $0.80 per mile depending on the route and experience level. Additional compensation includes paid vacation after one year of service.
