This position offers a dedicated driving opportunity with home weekly schedules, allowing drivers to maintain a consistent routine while earning an average of $1,450 per week. The role features 100% touch freight, ensuring drivers are involved in the complete logistics chain from loading to unloading. Drivers are compensated for unload, stop, and backhaul pay, providing additional earning potential beyond standard trip rates.
Equipment and Support
Drivers operate newer equipment, with an average fleet age of 18 months, ensuring reliability and comfort on the road. The company maintains convenient home-base terminals to facilitate easy access to support and resources. A dedicated 24/7 driver support team is available to assist with any issues that arise during transit.
Hiring Process
Candidates must complete a paid orientation program, which is compensated upon completion and hiring. Successful applicants will undergo a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving history requirements apply, including limits on preventable accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI offenses within the past 2 to 10 years depending on the severity and CDL status. Drivers with SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) history are not eligible for hire.
