This position offers a dedicated driving opportunity with a focus on consistent home time and comprehensive support. Drivers will operate newer equipment, averaging 18 months in age, from convenient home-base terminals. Compensation & Perks

Drivers in this dedicated position average $1,450 per week. Compensation includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus and additional earnings through unload, stop, and backhaul pay. Trip pay is calculated based on dispatched miles at a rate of $0.63 per mile, adjusted for route and experience. The company also offers paid orientation upon completion and hiring, along with paid vacation after one year of service.

Hiring Process & Requirements

To join the team, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. Applicants must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), and no drug-related convictions or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years for CDL-A/CLP holders.
