About the Role

This position offers a dedicated driving opportunity with a focus on consistent home time and comprehensive support. Drivers will operate newer equipment, averaging 18 months in age, and benefit from convenient home-base terminals that facilitate a weekly home schedule. The role includes 100% touch freight, ensuring drivers are involved in the full logistics chain, with additional compensation for unloads, stops, and backhauls.

Compensation & Support

Drivers can expect an average weekly earning of $1,450, driven by a trip pay calculation based on dispatched miles ($0.63 cpm) which varies by route and experience. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available upon meeting specific qualifications. The company provides 24/7 driver support and offers paid orientation to ensure a smooth start. Paid vacation is available after one year of service.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. The application process requires passing a DOT physical and drug test. Candidates must meet specific safety standards, including limits on preventable accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI offenses within the past 5 to 10 years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
