About the Role
We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a home-weekly schedule. This position offers 100% touch freight with opportunities for unload, stop, and backhaul pay. Drivers can expect an average weekly earning of $1,900+, with top earners averaging $2,200 per week. The role utilizes newer equipment, averaging 18 months in age, and is supported by convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support.
Hiring Process
Candidates must possess a valid Class A License (CDL A), be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a paid orientation upon completion and hiring. All applicants must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
Safety and Compliance Standards
To ensure the safety of our fleet and communities, drivers must adhere to strict safety records. Eligible candidates must have no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years and no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years. Additionally, drivers must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Regarding drug and alcohol history, there must be no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), and no drug-related convictions within the past five years (or 10 years if holding a CDL). There must also be no positive or refused drug tests in the past 10 years for those with a CDL-A or CLP.
Compensation and Bonuses
A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified drivers, with payouts subject to specific qualifications. Trip pay is calculated based on dispatched miles, ranging from $0.70 to $0.80 cpm depending on the route and experience level. Paid vacation is offered after one year of service.
