This opportunity is designed for CDL-A teams who want total control over their operation. You choose your lanes, routes, and home time while accessing freight across 19 core locations. Whether you are an existing team looking to join a supportive network or a solo driver seeking a partner, Roadrunner helps you run your business your way.
Teaming allows your truck to almost never stop, significantly increasing earning potential compared to solo driving. With a focus on OTR lanes featuring drop & hook freight, preloaded trailers, and no appointments, you spend more time on the road and less time waiting. Teams earn an additional $0.20/mile on top of published rates, rewarding the productivity that team operations deliver.
