Dedicated CDL-A Company Driver - Dry Van

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a home-weekly schedule. This position offers 100% touch freight with opportunities for unload, stop, and backhaul pay, ensuring a consistent and engaging workflow. Drivers operate newer equipment, with an average fleet age of 18 months, and are supported by convenient home-base terminals.

Compensation & Benefits

Drivers can expect an average weekly pay of $1,900, with top earners averaging $2,200. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. The role includes paid vacation after one year of service, paid orientation upon hiring, and tuition reimbursement. Hiring Process

Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Candidates with a history of more than one preventable accident in the last two years, two or more moving violations in the last two years, or specific DUI/DWI convictions may not be eligible.
